L'oreal Super Liner

Hola!
So if you're an avid reader of my blog, then you would know that recently, I did a mini haul of some beauty products that I picked up on the '3 for 2' offer at boots. I stated that I will do an in depth review all of the products, and thereby I stand by what I said, and this is the very last product of the whole lot! I picked up this eyeliner, not because I needed it, it was just purely for the fact that I wanted it. Let me give you the lowdown... Over the three years of me having an interest into beauty, I have never had the skills or the steady hand to create the perfect winged eyeliner, no matter how many tutorials I watched or how many blogs I've read, I have never mastered 'the perfect eyeliner'. I own so many eyeliners, it's actually embarrassing! From the high-end, to the penny's worth, they are all great eyeliners, but they don't work the way that I would like them to. I had seen many raves about this eyeliner surfacing the interwebz, so I thought I would add it to the never ending list of the 'products Id like to purchase list' so when this opportunity came along, i grabbed it and whadya know!? I love it!

If you look closely at the picture, you can see that the nib of the eyeliner id mode out of sponge that is covered in some fibres. This works great because they sponge slowly releases the product as you are gliding it along your eye, meaning you’re getting a good amount of product without any leaking/spilling. The nib is the perfect size and shape to create the perfect ‘winged’ look as the tip is incredibly thin and precise. It makes it easy to apply the product in those ‘nifty’ areas like the corner of your eye. I would also like to add that the actual applicator is very comfortable. It fits perfectly in between your fingers, giving you easy control of where you would like to apply the product.

Above, are probably not the best swatches of what the product looks like, but I’m sure you get the jest. Both swatches are one swipe each, which I don’t know by you, that is pretty pigmented! I don’t find that I need to go over my eyeliner as many times as I’d need to with some others, which is great! The only negative that I could point out would be the fact that it’s not waterproof, which many not be a huge problem to some, but if for instance, in an unplanned event, someone decided to pour a bucket of water over your head, or the waterworks decide to appear, then I’m afraid you’re going to be sporting the panda eyes for the rest of the day.
All in all, this is a great eyeliner, and I would highly recommend it. I’m not too sure on the price, but I’m positive that it did not go over the £9 mark.

What is your favourite eyeliner?
